Now I speak Czech on a daily basis

To get the most out of this program, you should have at least some experience learning Czech—whether on your own, taking lessons with a teacher, attending a language course, etc. The program is ideal for people who’ve been learning Czech for months or even years, but still haven’t seen the results they’ve been expecting and are looking for a change in their study routine.
This is a self-paced program, which means that you can set aside as much or as little time as you’d like. I would suggest about 20-30 minutes a day during week 1, and then 3 times per week during weeks 2-4.
