What is the objective of the session?
We'll get to know each other, talk about your goals, what you're doing well and where you're struggling to understand how we can work together to perfect your Czech. We'll also start drafting your personal study plan.
Are we going to speak Czech?
Yes! But hey, you're always free to switch to English (or Spanish or German) if you feel like it!
Is my mother language relevant?
Kind of. I speak English, German and Spanish and so I specialize in clients whose mother language is one of those or is from the same language family (like Italian, Portuguese, French, Swedish, Dutch, Norwegian, ...). The benefit for my clients is that we can get to the root of your mistakes more quickly and I can explain more difficult concepts by showing how they work in your language.
Where do the sessions take place?
Exclusively online. You will receive a Zoom link once you’ve booked the session.
What is the booking policy?
Bookings close 1 day before the session starts.
You may cancel or reschedule your session in your personal account (just make sure you're signed in when booking the session) to your discretion. This may be done at any point up to 24 hours before the session starts. This is to give me enough space to fill up free slots with other clients. In case of a cancellation, please notify me by email so that I can issue a refund. Changes less than 24 hours before the session starts are not possible. No-shows will be charged the full price of the session. Thank you for your understanding!
